Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
As we only sell clothing, items must be returned with all original tags and in the original condition without any damage or signs of wear.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way. The following items are also non-returnable:
- Underwear or swimwear (if applicable)
- Any items that have been damaged or altered by the customer
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must first contact us via email at return@sharafwear.com or call us at +49 3045030924 before returning any items. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at return@sharafwear.com and send the item to: Buttmannstr 18, 13357 Berlin, Germany.
Shipping Returns
- For customers inside Germany: We will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us first to arrange the return.
- For customers outside Germany: You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the return shipment will reach us.
